Loan Process

1. We get your information. We then get you pre-qualified.

2. Once pre-qualified we gather all the necessary documents from your company and convert all the documents into PDF and provide them electronically to the lenders.

3. If the underwriters decide to move forward and do the loan we let them take over the process and close the deal.
